How it works

Start with the $250 comprehensive evaluation and baseline labs.

If you are a candidate, enroll in the monthly program.
- 3
Labs are drawn every 8 weeks after starting or changing a dose, then quarterly, then yearly once stable.

Shipments are released when your labs and follow-up visits are current.
The terms, plainly
- Eligibility
- Enrollment does not guarantee treatment. Clinical eligibility is determined by the treating provider after evaluation, labs and history review.
- Controlled substance
- Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. Early refills are not provided and the Testosterone Controlled Substance Agreement governs supply.
- Billing
- Recurring monthly billing to the card on file, renewing until cancelled. Declined payments must be updated within 5 days.
- Cancellation
- Full refund within 3 business days of signing. After that, cancel any time with 30 days written notice.
- Insurance
- Cash-pay practice. Program fees and practice services are not billed to insurance.
Clinical care is governed by your treatment plan, the TRT Informed Consent and the patient packet on file. Full terms are in the Performance Protocol Membership Agreement (Form TRT-M-01).
