    Every appointment requires a deposit of 30% of the appointment price, credited toward the visit. The initial in-person weight-loss consultation costs $125 with a $37.50 deposit.

    Monthly or follow-up weight-loss appointments cost $100 and include a 30-day supply of phentermine only if prescribed at your provider's discretion. Your provider determines whether phentermine is appropriate for you. Medication is not guaranteed. This inclusion is for phentermine, not GLP-1 medications.
