The terms, plainly
- Use period
- All services must be redeemed within 24 weeks of purchase. Unredeemed services are forfeited.
- Eligibility
- A consultation, intake forms and informed consent are required before treatment.
- Scheduling
- A card on file is required. Late cancellation incurs a $50 fee; a no-show forfeits that service.
- Transfers
- Nontransferable and not combinable with other discounts, promotions or membership benefits.
- Refunds
- If you cancel after 3 business days, services rendered are repriced at regular rates, LipoDissolve $450 per session and body contouring $175 per session and the balance refunded.
