How it works

Sessions are spaced a minimum of 8 weeks apart, longer intervals generally clear better.

No sun exposure or self-tanner on the tattoo for 4 weeks before your session.

Shave the area and arrive hydrated.

Frosting and blistering after treatment are expected, not complications, keep the site covered and never pick.
The terms, plainly
- Results
- Complete clearance is not guaranteed. Ink colour, layering, age, placement, smoking and skin type all change how many sessions are needed.
- Booking
- A deposit equal to 30% of the appointment price reserves your appointment and applies to the service. Reschedule free with 24 hours notice.
- Attendance
- Late cancellation on a package incurs a $50 fee and a no-show forfeits that session. Arriving more than 10 minutes late shortens or reschedules the session and it still counts as used.
- Aftercare
- SPF for 3 months after each session, no swimming or hot tubs for 2 weeks and no picking, scar tissue holds ink.
- Medical holds
- Pregnancy, nursing, a new medication or a physician-directed pause freezes your package clock up to 12 months with documentation.
- Refunds
- Packages are non-refundable but the unused balance converts to spa credit on written request, valuing used sessions at the à-la-carte rate.
Treatment cannot be performed during pregnancy or nursing, with an active infection in the area, within 6 months of isotretinoin or within 2 weeks of neurotoxin or filler in the treatment area. Full terms are in the Laser Tattoo Removal Service Agreement.
