Hair reduction works as a series so our packages are priced as one. Most areas need 6 to 8 sessions for a full result, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart on the face and 6 to 8 weeks on the body. All laser services are performed by Janine Polley.

How it works

Face is treated every 4 to 6 weeks; body every 6 to 8 weeks.

Shave every treatment area 12 to 24 hours before you arrive.

No waxing, plucking or threading for 4 weeks before and no sun, tanning bed or self-tanner for 2 weeks before.
The terms, plainly
- Results
- Laser treatment offers long-term hair reduction, not permanent removal, typically 70 to 90% reduction after a full series. Blonde, grey, red and white hair cannot be treated.
- Booking
- A deposit equal to 30% of the appointment price reserves your appointment and applies to the service. Reschedule free with 24 hours notice.
- Attendance
- Late cancellation on a package incurs a $50 fee and a no-show forfeits that session. Arriving more than 10 minutes late shortens or reschedules the session and it still counts as used.
- Preparation
- Arriving tanned, unshaved or on a photosensitizing medication makes treatment unsafe. First occurrence: reschedule plus a $25 preparation fee. Second: the session is forfeited.
- Medical holds
- Pregnancy, nursing, a new medication or a physician-directed pause freezes your package clock up to 12 months with documentation.
- Refunds
- Packages are non-refundable but the unused balance converts to spa credit on written request, valuing used sessions at the à-la-carte rate.
Treatment cannot be performed during pregnancy or nursing, with an active infection in the area, within 6 months of isotretinoin or within 2 weeks of neurotoxin or filler in the treatment area. Full terms are in the Laser Hair Reduction Service Agreement.
