The terms, plainly
- Payment
- The selected package is paid in full at purchase.
- Use period
- Syringes are intended to be used within 12 months, unless a shorter plan is clinically indicated.
- Transfers
- Packages are limited to the purchasing client and are nontransferable.
- Clinical discretion
- Treatment may be declined, modified or rescheduled for safety reasons. A deferred visit does not forfeit remaining syringes.
- Refunds
- If you stop early, syringes used are recalculated at the regular $650 rate and any remaining credit is refunded or applied to other services.
Signature Sculpt syringe and unit amounts are determined by your provider based on your treatment plan. Savings are based on individual service pricing. This is a prepaid treatment package, not a membership. Full terms are in the Filler Package Purchase Agreement.
