How it works

A $25 enrollment deposit and your first month are due when you join.

Monthly payments are charged automatically to the card on file on the same date each month.

Appointments are scheduled at least four weeks apart.

After 12 months the membership continues month to month until you cancel with 30 days written notice.
The terms, plainly
- Commitment
- 12 consecutive monthly payments, then month to month.
- Unused services
- Missed or unused services are forfeited and do not roll over or convert to credit.
- Scheduling
- 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a $50 fee; arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
- Eligibility
- Ages 18+. Waxing intake and consent required, including disclosure of retinoid or isotretinoin use.
- Cancellation
- Cancel within 3 business days of signing for a full refund less services received. The $25 deposit is nonrefundable.
