A medical appointment with our nurse practitioner that includes a complimentary ShapeScale 3D body composition evaluation, clinical assessment, review of your medical history, discussion of nutrition, activity, sleep, stress, lifestyle and other factors that may affect weight loss, personalized treatment recommendations and prescribing when clinically appropriate and at the nurse practitioner's discretion. This is the initial medical appointment required to establish care for weight loss treatment.

For clients considering neuromodulators or dermal fillers. Includes an in-person assessment and discussion of your concerns, treatment options, candidacy and personalized recommendations.

This complimentary phone consultation provides an overview of our sculpting and body contouring services. We can explain how the treatments work, discuss the areas they may address and answer general questions. This call does not include a physical assessment, medical evaluation or personalized treatment plan.

Laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal phone consultations are completed with our laser technician. During the call we explain the treatment process, review general preparation requirements, provide pretreatment guidance when needed and answer questions about the service. Our laser services are selected and performed with skin of color in mind, individual candidacy, treatment settings and preparation requirements are determined based on skin type, treatment area and medical history.

Please arrive with a clean face and no makeup whenever possible. During your appointment, the esthetician will cleanse your skin and complete a 3D AI Skin IQ analysis. Your consultation includes a detailed skin assessment, clinical-quality images, review of visible skin concerns, a recommended skincare regimen, a suggested professional treatment plan and a QR code providing access to your Skin IQ results and recommendations.

Available for general questions about facials, microneedling, chemical peels and skincare services. A member of our clinical team can explain available services, provide general guidance and help you prepare for the treatment you are considering. For clients with skin of color, we strongly recommend completing a phone consultation before microneedling or chemical peel treatments, appropriate pretreatment may be recommended to help reduce the risk of irritation, hyperpigmentation or other unwanted outcomes.
